摘 要:本文通过对同济大学一座科研教学楼冬季室内热环境参数进行现场实测和计算机模拟分析,评价了该建筑在冬季时的室内舒适度,并分析了影响室内热环境的相关建筑设计因素,总结了一些在进行类似建筑项目设计时的设计策略。在评价结果基础上提出了科学合理的建筑设计是绿色节能建筑的基础,建筑师应首先通过对建筑功能、建筑运行规律和气候地理条件的研究,合理选择设计策略,营造舒适建筑环境,在提高建筑性能的同时减少能源消耗和资源浪费。In this paper, based on the measurement and simulation of winter indoor thermal environment parameters of a researcheducation building in Tongji University, the thermal comfort level was evaluated and the corresponding architecture design issues were analyzed. Also some useful design strategies for similar projects were summarized. Furthermore, it was pointed out that scientific and reasonable building design was the foundation for the realization of green and energy-efficiency building, architects should choose design strategies according to the understanding of building's function, operation rules, climate and topography conditions. As a result, the building performance could be improved and the energy resource could be simultaneously saved.
