摘　　要：本文对广州地区8座写字楼进行了能耗调查,根据空调系统及其它建筑设备运行记录的数据,对广州地区写字楼类建筑能耗,特别是空调系统能耗现状作了分析,得出此类建筑单位建筑面积能耗平均为1.393 GJ/(m2.a),单位空调面积能耗平均为0.654 GJ/(m2.a),并对其进行了节能潜力分析。In this paper, energy consumption in 8 official buildings in Guangzhou was investigated. According to record values of airconditioning system and other building services systems, energy consumption, especially that used in air-conditioning system was analyzed. It was concluded that the averaged energy consumption was 1.393 GJ/（m^2 · a）, and that for the air-conditioning system was 0.654 GJ/（m^2 · a）. In addition, the potential to improve the building energy efficiency in Guangzhou was discussed.
