中年人高尿酸血症的相关因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中年人高尿酸血症的发生情况及相关影响因素。[方法]抽取680例中年机关干部,测量身高、体重、血压等一般情况指标,化验检查肝肾功能、血脂、血糖、尿酸等生化指标,常规腹部B超检查。尿酸升高者为高尿酸血症组,其余为对照组。[结果]高尿酸血症136例(20.0%),高尿酸血症组脂肪肝、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病的发生率明显高于对照组,三酰甘油、胆固醇、空腹血糖均高于对照组,饮酒、荤食、少运动者明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。[结论]中年人高尿酸血症与肥胖、高血压、糖尿病有关,血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油是重要的相关因素。Objective： To probe into the incidence and related influencing factors of hyperuricemia among middle - aged people. Methods： A total of 680 cases of middle - aged cadres from government institutions were selected and their general condition indexes including body height, body weight, and blood pressure were measured. Biochemical indexes including liver and renal function, blood lipids, blood glucose, and uric acid were determined. And routine abdominal type- B ultrasonic wave examination was performed for them. Among them, cadres who had elevated blood uric acid were as the hyperuricemia group, the others were as control group. Results： Totally 136 cases with hyperuricemia accounted for 20.0 %. The incidences of fatty liver, obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus in hyperuricemia group were higher respectively than that in control group. Serum triglyeride, cholesterol and blood - fastng sugar were higher in hyperuricemia group cases respectively than that in control group. Cadres who drunk or had meat diet or did little sports in hyperuricemia group were more than that in control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Hyperuricemia of middleaged people is related to obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. And blood glucose, serum triglyeride and cholesterol were the important correlative factors for middle- aged people suffering from hyperuricemia.
