摘　　要：本文研究了煤炭工程项目在投资决策起因、决策活动、决策目标、决策过程、决策风险、决策冲突、决策组织等方面所具有的决策特征,并论述了这些决策特征对煤炭工程项目投资活动所产生的影响。煤炭工程项目投资决策特征的研究,将对煤炭工程项目投资决策科学化水平的提高具有重大意义。In this paper, some characteristics of the origination, the activities, the goals and processes, the risk, the conflict, and the organization and so on were studied for the investment decisions for the coal engineering projects, and its impact on the coal engineering projects activities was discussed. And all of these maybe have some important significance for improving the scientific level of the coal engineering projects＇ investment.
