德瑞克高频振动细筛在选矿厂的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了德瑞克高频振动细筛的工作原理及其应用领域。以鲁南矿业公司改造为例,从工艺流程、筛分指标等方面阐述改造前后两种高频振筛的使用情况,突现了德瑞克高频振动细筛的优越性能。考察给矿浓度、筛网型号及其尺寸对筛分效率的影响;分析筛分前后,粒级间的产率、品位的变化;查明该公司质筛分效率不高的原因,并提出今后改造思路。This article introduces the work principle and application field of the Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen simply. Take Lunan Mining Co, Ltd for example, the uses of two types of high frequency vibrating fine screen were illustrated from the technology flowsheet and screening index, the Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen has a good property. Examining the influence of feeding concentration、 screen type and size upon the screening efficiency, and analyzing the yield and grade of various grain in using and no using Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen. The cause of low screening efficiency was found and the development orientation and thought were pointed out.
