摘 要:变压器冷却系统一般使用继电器控制。此方式存在着控制回路复杂、可靠性低、维护工作量大等问题。提出了基于组态王和PLC的变压器冷却监控系统的设计思想和实施方案。在主回路中采用无触点固体模块,用PLC实现完整的风冷控制功能,利用组态王对监控系统做了详细地组态,远程监控中采用串行通信方式(RS-232,RS-485)。系统控制精度和可靠性均有较大提高,这有利于电力系统的安全运行。Normally, the transformer cooling systems are composed of relay control system. In such systems, there are many disadvantages, such as complicated control loops, low reliability, and massive maintenance works, etc. The design concept and implementing plan of main transformer cooling monitoring system based on KingView and PLC are proposed. In main control loop, non-contact solid modules are used, the complete air cooling control system is realized by PLC; the monitoring and control system is configured by KingView; the serial communication patterns ( RS-232, RS-485 ) is used in remote monitoring system. In operation, the control accuracy of system is increased. The design is useful for enhancing safe operation of electric power systems .
