摘　　要：以对集约经营的基本理论认识为基础，结合对石油工业粗放经营现象的分析，提出了陆上石油企业实现集约经营的思路：必须以更新企业领导人的发展观念为根本，以加快改革转换企业经营机制和寻求可采储量为基础，积极推进队伍结构、产业结构的调整和优化，提高科技进步的贡献率，切实强化企业管理，大力提高职工素质。On the basis of intensive management's cssential theory, in combination with the analysis of rude management in petroleum industry, it suggested that to realize the intensive management in onshore petroleum enterprise. It must renew the leader's developing concept, speed up reformation, change enterprise's operating mechanism and explore recoverable reserves,so as to adjust and optimize group structure and industrial structure, improve the efficiency of scientific and technical advancement, practically strenthen enterprise's management and greatly improve the worker's quality.
