摘  要:以Ca2+和BTCA为凝固剂,采用湿法纺丝制备了海藻酸钠/明胶共混纤维;通过对纤维的吸湿性和物理机械等性能进行测试,确定了纤维成形过程的影响因素如pH值、碱剂、凝固剂、凝固时间和干燥温度等.结果表明:质量比m(海藻酸钠)∶m(明胶)为7∶3~8∶2,碱剂为三乙醇胺,CaCl2凝固时间为60 s,酸浴为pH值约4.0的BTCA,在纺丝液中加入1.5%~2.0%(对纺丝液质量)的丙三醇有利于纤维物理机械性能的提高,干燥温度为50℃时可得性能较好的共混纤维;并用生物显微镜观察了纤维的纵向和横截面形状.Blend fibers of sodium alginate/gelatin were prepared by wet spinning with CaCl2 and BTCA as coagulators. The effect of the affecting factors such as pH value, alkaline agent, coagulating time and drying temperature was determined by evaluating the water absorption and the mechanical properties of the blend fibers. The results showed that the fiber mechanical properties were improved when the sodium alginate/gelatin proportion was 7:3-8:2(wt), the alkaline agent was triethanolamine, the CaCl2 coagulating time was 60 s and the acid bath was BTCA at pH about 4.0, and good blend fibers were obtained when adding 1.5%-2.0% of glycerorol(based on the spinning liquor wt) to the spinning liquor and drying at 50 ℃. The longitudinal and cross-section shapes were viewed with optical microscope.
