摘　　要：研究了固体硫化黑染料对涤/棉织物的一浴法染色工艺,讨论了硫化黑染料、分散黑染料、分散剂、硫化碱、纯碱用量及pH值对涤/棉织物染色深度和染色牢度的影响.结果表明:使用一浴法用硫化黑染料染涤/棉的染色效果很好,并能减少染色工序.The one-bath dyeing process of polyester-cotton fabrics with solid sulfur black dyes was researched. The influences of the amts. of sulfur black dyes, disperse black dyes, dispersing agents, sodium sulfide and soda ash as well as pH values on the dye depth and fastness were discussed. The results showed that good dyeing results could be obtained when dyeing polyester-cotton fabrics with sulfur black dyes by one-bath process, and dyeing steps were diminished.
