摘  要:以聚砜为原材料,通过向铸膜液中混入纤维素微纳晶体,采用浸没沉淀相转化工艺制备了纤维素填充聚砜基复合超滤膜材料。测定了超滤膜的水通量、截留率、平均孔径、孔隙率等性能,通过单因素影响试验分析了各个工艺因素对产品性能的影响;考察了膜的化学稳定性以及运行压力对性能的影响;通过扫描电镜观察了膜孔的结构;并通过浊点滴定实验得到膜液的三元相图,分析了纤维素的加入对成膜过程的影响。The composite ultra-filtration membrane with polysulfone (PSF) as main body and micro/nano-crystal cellulose as filler was prepared via phase-inversion process by adding micro/nano-crystal cellulose into the PSF casting solution. The properties such as pure water flux, rejection ratio, mean pore size and porosity of the composite membrane were tested. The influences of different technological factors on the properties of product through the single factor effect test were studied, such as the chemical endurance and the influence of different working pressure on the membrane performance were also studied. Through the SEM the pore structure of the membrane was studied. The effect of the cellulose content on the membrane preparation process through the ternary phase diagram obtained by turbidity titration was also analyzed.
