摘  要:目的:观察中药苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数的影响。方法:用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(30mg/kg)建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型后,用苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷治疗6周,测定空腹血糖,血清胰岛素,计算出胰岛素敏感指数。结果:苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷能降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、提高胰岛素敏感指数。结论:苦瓜、黄芪、黄芩苷具有改善实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用。Objective: To study the effects of Balsam pear, Astragalus membranaceus, Baicalin on blood sugar, insulin and insulin sensitivity index in type 2 diabetic rat model.Methods : To build the rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus by small dose injection of STZ ( 30mg/kg ) and high calorie feeding, and after being treated with Balsam pear, Astragalus membranaceus, Baicalin for 6 weeks, the fasting blood sugar and serum insulin of the experimental rats were measured to be calculated the insulin sensitivity index. Results : Balsam pear, Astragalus membranaceus, Baicalin reduced the fasting blood sugar and enhanced the insulin sensitivity index. Conclusion : Balsam pear, Astragalus membranaceus, BaJcalin can relieve insulin resistance of rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
