麦冬皂苷对人软骨细胞增殖及其抗氧化作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨麦冬皂苷对体外人软骨细胞增殖及其抗氧化作用的影响。方法:在成功分离培养人软骨细胞后,以MTT法检测软骨细胞活性及增殖情况。将浓度分别为1×10μmol/L及1×102μmol/L的麦冬皂苷作用于H2O2诱导后的软骨细胞,检测软骨细胞存活率以及培养液中超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果:适宜浓度的麦冬皂苷可对抗H2O2降低软骨细胞生存率,并能升高培养液中超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结论:麦冬皂苷具有促进体外软骨细增殖及对抗H2O2损害软骨细胞的作用。Objective： To study the effect of dwarf lilyturf tuber saponin on chondrocyte proliferation, survival and resist oxygenation. Method： We detect the activity of chondrocyte by MTT method after culture of chondrocyte. The different density saponin of 1 × 10μ mol/L, 1 × 10^2μ mol/L effects the induced chondrocyte by H2O2, both survival rate and content of SOD are detected in culture medium. Results ： The saponin of 100μ mol/L could opposes the effect of H2O2, as well as increase the survival rate and content of SOD. Conclusion ： Dwarf lilyturf tuber could promote chondrocyte proliferation, product of NO and cell phcnotype expresslion.
