胃宁散质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的：建立胃宁散的质量标准。方法：采用HPLC方法对制剂所含橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果：高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定橙皮苷,可达基线分离,橙皮苷对照品进样量0.1232-0.7392μg内呈线性关系,r=0.9991,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.29%（n=5）。结论：该定量方法快速灵敏,稳定可靠。Objective：To develop the quality control of Weining powder.Methods：Hesperidin in Weininging powder separated and determined by HPLC.Results ： The standard curves of hesperidin was linear in the concentration range of 0.1232-0.7392pug.The average recovery was 99.8%. （n=5, RSD=1.29% ）. Conclusion ： This method was sensitive, quick and accurate for the quality control of this preparation.
