摘　　要：目的:探讨肺舒胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达的影响。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、COPD模型组和肺舒胶囊治疗组各10只,取各组大鼠肺组织作MMP-2免疫组化染色,进行图像分析。结果:模型组大鼠肺组织MMP-2的光密度值较对照组增大(P<0.05);而治疗组大鼠肺组织MMP-2的光密度值较模型组减小(P<0.05)。结论:肺舒胶囊可降低COPD大鼠肺组织中MMP-2的表达。Objeetive ： To study the effect of Feishu capsule on expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （ MMP-2 ） in pulmonary tissue of rats following chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ）. Methods ： Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups：control group （ CG ）, model group （ MG ） and treatment group （ TG ） .The expression of MMP-2 in pulmonary tissue of rats was studied with immunohistochmistry,then the results were analyzed by image processing system.Result; The optical density of MMP-2 in MG was bigger than that of CG （P〈0.05）, and in TG, it was smaller than that of MG.Conelusion ： Feishu capsule could decrease the expression of MMP-2 in pulmonary tissue of rats following COPD.
