柔肝泻脂方对脂肪肝大鼠主动脉脂质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柔肝泻脂方对脂肪肝大鼠主动脉脂质的影响。方法:以高脂饮食建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,然后用柔肝泻脂方进行治疗,实验结束进行主动脉匀浆脂质的检测。结果:柔肝泻脂方能明显降低高脂饮食大鼠的主动脉匀浆胆固醇的含量(P<0.01)。结论:柔肝泻脂方具有降低主动脉脂质沉积的作用,提示对防治血管粥样斑块具有一定作用。Objective： To explore the effect of Rougan Xiezhi Recipe （RGXZR）on preventing the lipidosis of aorta in fatty liver of rats.Methods ： Rats were fed on high-fat diet for 6 weeks to make up the non-alcoholic fatty liver model of rats, then given RGXZR. All the rats were killed at the end of the 10th week, TG, CHOL in aorta homogenate and were determined. Result ： RGXZR can decrease the level of aortic CHOL （ P〈0.01 ） .Couclusion ： RGXZR can reducc the content of aortic lipoid, it is suggested that RGXZR have the action of inhibition of atheromatous plaque.
