摘　　要：目的研究分析CR摄影在术中胆道造影的作用价值。方法使用移动式X线机配合IP板在术中施行胆道造影(附30例报告)。结果使用CR技术取得的术中造影照片质量高,对比度好,甲片率96%以上。结论CR技术应用于术中胆道造影无论是从经济角度还是从临床要求来看,都是基层医院最佳的选择。Purpose： To study and analyse the Apply value of CR in the operative cholangiography. Methods：The cholangiography was made in the operation with mobile x-ray machine and IP broad. Results：We had cholangiopraphied films with better quality and contrasting degree,the first graders films were 96% and more. Conclusions： The CR technology was the best choice of the primary hospitals in its economic and clinical views.
