炎琥宁联合山茛菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎47例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁联合山茛菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法在常规治疗的基础上,将119例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为三组,对照组34例,给予病毒唑注射液10mg/ (kg/d)治疗;炎琥宁组38例,给予炎琥宁10mg/(kg/d)治疗;炎琥宁联合山茛菪碱组47例,给予炎琥宁10mg/(kg/d),联合山茛菪碱0.2 mg/(kg/d)治疗。根据急性腹泻病疗效判断标准判断疗效。结果三组的疗效经X2检验,有效率差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎有良好疗效,而联合山茛菪碱协同治疗效果更加显著。Research Purposes： To discuss the curative effect of rotavirus enteritis infants treated with anisodamine combined with Yanhuning. Research method： A total of 119 infants with rotavirus enteritis based on the routine treatment were selected and divided into three control groups such as the test group （34 cases）,the yanhuning groups （38 cases）and the objective groups （47 cases）. The test group was injected 10 mg ribavirin and the second group with 10mg yahuning. The combined group treated with 0.2mg anisodamine and 10mg yanhuning. The therapeutic effect is based on the acute diarrhea curative effectiveness.Research conclusion. Acoording to the variance check of the curative effectiveness, the valid difference has the distinct significance （P〈0.01）. Yanhuning has the good effect to the rotavirus enteritis infants and even better combined with the anisodamine.
