摘　　要：通过对千岛湖大桥变更与费用审核情况回顾,提出变更与费用审核的有关操作程序和方法。Based on the analysis of construction status changing in Qiandaohu bridge project due to optimization necessary and escalating expense, the paper illustrates both engineering change and expenses verification procedures in detail which have been handled in this project. And it also points out the method, process and consideration which could be used in relevant situation.
