摘　　要：目的 探讨创伤患者院间安全转运措施。方法 回顾性分析2004年9月-2006年12月创伤中心收治的从他院转运的112例创伤患者，平均年龄42岁。其中多发伤46例（41.1％），腹部损伤28例（25．0％），胸部损伤16例（14．3％），颅脑损伤13例（11．6％），骨盆骨折4例（3．6％）、四肢骨折3例（2．7％）、脊柱骨折2例（1．8％）。结果 本组患者转运途中106例患者伤情稳定，2例途中出现严重的自主呼吸与呼吸机对抗，2例出现严重呼吸困难，1例室性心动过速，1例休克加重，经积极抢救后症状得到控制，转运途中无一例死亡。入院后，紧急手术治疗96例，保守治疗16例。108例患者顺利康复，4例死亡。结论 为将院外创伤患者安全转运至院内，必须做好转运前的各项准备工作。尽早转运、转运前须稳定伤情、转运途中加强监测与救护，预防转运途中的并发症，是创伤患者院间成功转运的关键环节。Objective To investigate the safe measures for interhospital transfer of severe trauma patients. Methods A total of 112 trauma patients at mean age of 42 years transferred from other hospitals from September 2004 to December 2006 were collected for retrospective analysis on interhospital trauma transfer. There were 46 patients （41.1%） with multiple injury, 28 （25%） with abdominal injury, 16 （14.29%） with thoracic injury, 13 （ 11.61% ） with craniocerebral injury, 4 （3.57%） with pelvic fracture, 3 （2.68%） with limb fractures and 2 （ 1.78% ） with spinal fractures. Results During transfer, physical condition of 106 patients was stable, severe pontaneously breathing against breathing machine in 2 patients, serious dyspnea in 2 patients, ventricular tachycardia in 1 patients and worse shock in 1 patients, but all patients became stable by active treatment. All traumatic patients had been transported to the hospital safely and no death related to interhospital trauma transfer. Conclusions Most of traumatic patients can be transported to the hospital safely, sufficient preparation before the transportation and keeping watch on patients and treating immediately during the transportation is key to the success of interhospital trauma transfer.
