通络生骨胶囊对兔骨性关节炎组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：为研究通络生骨胶囊对骨性关节炎的作用。选用新西兰大白兔60只,随机分为通络生骨胶囊高、中、低剂量组,壮骨关节丸组、模型组和正常组。每组10只,造模后药物灌胃,4周后处死动物,取关节软骨标本病理切片观察。结果显示通络生骨胶囊能改善兔OA的滑膜充血肿胀,维持软骨细胞的正常形态。表明通络生骨胶囊对骨性关节炎有明显的防治效果。To investigate the function of TONGLUOSHENGGUJIAONANG(TLSGJN,a TCM granular preparation to treat osteoarthritis)on osteoarthritis(OA).60 New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into six groups:high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,ZHUANGGUGUANJIEWAN group(ZGGJW,a TCM granular preparation to treat osteoarthritis),model group and normal group,10 each group.Drugs were administered after models established.4 weeks later,all of them were executed.Articular cartilage specimen pathological sections were made to observe.It showed that TLSGJN could improve synovial swell and congestion of rabbits and keep normal morpha of chondrocytes.It indicated that TLSGJN had obvious prevention and treatment effect on osteoarthritis.
