十堰市1993—2001年世界银行贷款结核病控制项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价十堰市世界银行贷款结核病控制项目的效果。方法收集、分析了我市1993—2001年年度报表、季度报表和督导资料。结果1993年全市的"项目"工作全面启动,在过去的9年里,有37673例可疑结核病人接受了检查,其中发现13336例传染性结核病人(包括10060例初治传染性结核病人)。"项目"期间,年平均登记的传染性结核病人数为"项目"前10年年平均登记传染性结核病人数的5!1倍。同时,"项目"期间传染性结核病人平均治愈率达到了95!04%。显示出"项目"期间传染性肺结核病人治愈率高于"项目"实施前。结论十堰市世界银行贷款结核病控制项目在传染性结核病控制方面效果明显。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project loaned by World Bank （WBLP） in Shiyan. METHODS Collect and analyze the investigation materials and the project guarterly report and annual report in the period during 1993--2001. RESULTS The above program had been conducted wide spreadly since 1993. Over the past nine years, 37 673 cases of suspicious tuberculosis patients have been received and diagnosed, in which 13 336 infectious patients （containing 10 060 newly-attacked infectious patients） were found until December 2001. The number of average annual registered infectious patients are 5.1 times that of the project prior 10 years in WBLP.And the average cure rate of infectious patients reached to 95.04%.The cure rate showed an uptrend amounting to 95.04% from 77.68%. CONCLUSION Satisfactory results have been achieved of infectious disease control project loaned by World Bank in Shiyan.
