摘　　要：图书馆事业的发展,需要高水平服务体系的构建。作为构建要素主体的知识馆员的核心价值不容忽视。文章论述了知识馆员的含义、影响力,认为他们是图书馆知识组织的承担者,知识服务的实施者,知识管理的实现者。With the development of libraries and the increasing demand for high-quality service system, the core value of knowledge librarians, as the main structure for such system, can never be ignored, in this paper, the meaning and influence of knowledge librarian are discussed, considering they are undertakers of knowledge organization, implementers of knowledge service and materialize of knowledge management.
