摘　　要：结合当前图书馆编目工作的现状,根据自己的工作实践与体会,通过分析影响编目工作效率的因素,提出采取量化管理、弹性工作制、流水作业与单兵作业相结合等措施,是在现代化进程中提高编目工作效率的新途径。Be combined with the current situation of current library cataloging work, on the basis of my work practice and understanding, and through analyzing factors influencing working efficiency, the author has put forward suggestions to improve work efficiency, which is a new way of improving work efficiency in cataloging work during the process of modernization.
