电针刺激合谷穴预防麻醉诱导期心血管抑制临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电神经刺激器刺激合谷穴以预防麻醉诱导期心血管抑制的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为刺激组与对照组各40例,刺激组予以电神经刺激器针刺激合谷穴,对照组不予任何刺激;比较两组麻醉前后患者血压及心率的变化。结果静脉麻醉诱导后对照组有11例血压下降超过基础值的20%,而刺激组仅有4例,差异有显著性。结论麻醉诱导期可以通过适度的刺激调节人体应激反应维持麻醉平衡。Objective： To study the effect of the Electric Needle Stimulating to prevent the cardiovascular depression in the process of vein anesthesia induction. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were treated by electric neural stimulator - needle on Hegu （LI4）. Observed the blood pressure and heart rate of patients before and after vein anesthesia induction. Results： The control group had 11 patient whose blood pressure descended beyond 20% of base level, and th treatment group only had 4 patients like this, with significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions： Applicable stimulation in the process of vein anesthesia induction can adjust the human irritated response to keep the anesthesia blance.
