生水蛭胶囊对缺血性中风患者脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的观察生水蛭胶囊治疗缺血性中风患者的临床疗效及对脂质代谢的影响。方法将94例缺血性中风患者随机分为两组,治疗组49例在西医常规治疗的基础上服用生水蛭胶囊,对照组45例单用西医治疗;连续治疗6周后比较两组临床疗效和血脂变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.8%,与对照组比较差异有显著性;治疗组在降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白方面均优于对照组,并能升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论生水蛭胶囊具有降血脂、抗血栓、抗凝等作用,治疗缺血性中风疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Raw Shuizhi Capsule on ischemic stroke patients, and effect to lipid metabolism. Methods： 94 ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. Study group contained 49 patients, they were treated with Raw Shuizhi Capsule on the basis of conventional modem medicine treatment. Control group included 45 patients, they were only treated with conventional modern medicine. To observe the curative effect and blood fat change after 6 weeks continuing treatement. Results： The response rate of study group was 91.8%, there was a significant difference compared with the control group. The study group was superior in lower cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL - C） and lipoprotein, and to improve the high- density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL- C）. Conclusions： Raw Shuizhi Capsule has the curative effects on ischemic stroke in lower the blood fat, resisting the thrombus and anti - coagulate.
