不同造影剂对兔肺组织的病理改变

摘　　要：比较５种Ｘ线造影剂在免肺组织内所引起的病理变化。方法４６只家兔分７组：１组为对照组，６组分别滴注生理盐水及５种造影剂。所有家兔及其肺组织均进行Ｘ线观察及病理检查。结果碘油、钡胶浆、复方泛影葡胺、Ａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｆｉｎ、Ｏｍｎｉｐａｑｕｅ都能使兔肺组织产生炎性反应。其中前两种反应严重，持续６个月以上。后两种反应轻微，均在４６以内消退。Objective To compare the pathologic changes by different radiographic contrast agents in the lung tissues of rabbits Method 46 rabbits were used in 7 groups , among which one group of cases were used as control, Instillations of normal saline , iodized oil . barium colloidal suspension , campound meglumine diatrizoate , angiografin and omnipaque respectively. The lung tisses were examincd grossly and histologicaIly fot patholugical changes Result The inflammatoty reactions elicited by iodized oil and barium culloidal suspension were consistently prominent for over a period of six months The instillation of angiografin and omniipaque caused mild teactions in the lung tissues which subsided after a four days duration, Cionclusion For bronchoradiography , angiografin or omnipaque is the best of choice,
