脑血疏口服液治疗出血性中风的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑血疏口服液治疗出血性中风急性期及恢复早期中经络气虚血瘀证的疗效。方法采用双盲对照研究方法,将出血性中风病人合格受试者440例,随机分为治疗组(脑血疏口服液)310例和对照组(脑血康口服液)130例,治疗前后两组病人均以中风病积分和脑CT扫描测评。结果两组病人治疗后,中风病积分治疗组为(8.56±4.54)分,对照组为(10.67±5.38)分,两组比较有明显改善(P<0.05),脑CT扫描显示脑内血肿吸收量治疗组为(6.58±5.15)mL,对照组为(7.71±5.20)mL,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组出血性中风的总有效率为87.74%,对照组为73.85%(P<0.05)。结论脑血疏口服液可用于治疗出血性中风急性期及恢复期。Objective To investigate the effects of Naoxueshu liquid on the acute and early recovery phases of hemorrhagic stroke, which was as qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by Chinese traditional medicine. Methods A double- blind, controlled clinical trial was designed in this study. Four hundred and forty patients （pts） with hemorrhagic stroke had been observed. Of which 310 pts were enrolled into the treatment group treated with Naoxueshu liquid, while 130 pts were enrolled into the control group treated with Naoxuekang liquid. All pts were evaluated by the scores of stroke and the cerebral CT scanning. Results After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms related to hemorrhagic stroke were improved greatly （P 〈 0.05）, and cerebral CT scanning showed a better effect of Naoxueshu liquid liquid on absorption of brain haematoma （P 〈 0.05） as compared with control group. Conclusion The clinical observation indicated that the curative effect of Naoxueshu liquid was better than that in control group. In addition, Naoxueshu liquid could also be applied for brain contusion, brain stem injury, chronic subdural hematoma and cerebral sequelae.
