摘　　要：目前,新疆知识产权工作取得了较大的进步和成绩。但是,新疆全社会(特别是企业)的知识产权创新能力及保护意识整体上仍有待提高,知识产权事业的保障和激励机制也存在较大缺陷;而解决这些问题不仅仅是知识产权部门的工作,它需要政府、企业和公民共同的努力。greater progress has been made in the work concerning the intellectual property rights in Xinjiang. However, the innovative ability and protection consciousness for the intellectual property rights in Xinjiang on the whole, especially in the enterprises, still remains to be improved. A defect can also be found in the guarantee and incentive mechanism of the intellectual property rights. The key to the solution of these problems requires that the government, enterprises and public make great efforts together.
