摘　　要：如何维护公立医疗机构公益性,缓和"看病难、看病贵"的社会矛盾,一直是卫生政策的重要着眼点。通过对近年来与公立医疗机构公益性相关政策的系统回顾与梳理,分析了目前卫生政策的成效与存在的问题,政策的薄弱环节主要表现在政策之间的协调与实施监管。How to maintain public hospitals＇ social responsibility is one of the key health policy issues.By systematic review of policies on Public hospital＇ social responsibility n recent years, to analyze the effects and the problems after implementation of those policies.The weaknesses of policies are mainly lack of coordination among policies and short of monitoring and governance.
