风湿平胶囊的胚胎毒性及致畸性

摘　　要：目的评价风湿平胶囊对妊娠大鼠胚胎发育和胎儿的影响。方法将妊娠SD大鼠分为对照组及304、608、1216 mg.kg-1风湿平胶囊组。大鼠于妊娠的第7～16天口服不同剂量的风湿平胶囊,qd。于妊娠第20天处死大鼠并解剖,记录胎儿总重、黄体数、着床腺数、吸收胎数、活胎数、死胎数、胎鼠体重、身长、尾长、畸胎数。检查一半存活胎鼠的内脏,另一半检查骨骼。结果3种剂量对孕鼠无明显毒性,但可致胎鼠腰椎、尾椎骨化数降低。其中,1.216×103mg.kg-1剂量组大鼠胸骨骨化数降低,哑铃状异常率增高。结论3种风湿平胶囊对孕鼠生殖功能无明显影响,但可致胎鼠骨骼发育缓慢,无致畸性。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Fengshiping capsule on the embryo development in rats. METHODS The SD rats were divided into Fengshiping capsule （0. 304, 0. 608, 1. 216 g·kg^-1 ） group and negative control treated with distilled water. The rats were administrated with Fengshiping capsule daily for 10 days from 7th to 16th day after pregnancy. The pregnancy rats were dissected at 20th day after pregnancy. The corepus luteum, plant gland, absorbed fetus, live fetus, dead fetus, body weight and body height were measured. RESULTS Malformation of external and internal organ were not found in fetuses treated with Fengshiping capsule, and no toxicity was found in pregnancy rats. The amount of fetus lumbar and trail vertebra was reduced, but no dose - response was showed. Sternum ossification was reduced and dumbbell increased in the fetus of pregnancy rats treated with 1.216 g·kg^-1 of Fengshiping capsule. CONCLUSION Fengshiping capsule has no teratogenic effect in rats, however, it may slow embryo bone development.
