藏药大花红景天根茎的形态组织学研究

摘　　要：目的鉴别大花红景天根茎的内部结构,并进行解剖学研究。方法采用性状和显微鉴定方法。结果其内部结构除具有双子叶植物的一般特征外,根的薄壁组织还具有发达的空腔隙,并且含有大量着色很深的异细胞。结论通过对大花红景天的显微特征描述,可防止药材品种混淆。OBJECTIVE To study the micro - morphological structure of the rhizome of Rhodiola crenulata （ Hook. f. et thoms） H. Ohba, and to provide the scientific evidence for its identification and application. METHODS ObseIving the plant by morphological , histological identification and microscopic identification. RESULTS Besides the similar structure of the perennil herbaceous dicotyledon, there were a lot of aerenchyma tissues and abnormal cells which were over colored in the rhizome of this plant. CONCLUSSION The microscopic features of the plant could seive as diagnosis features to distinguish this species from the others of the same genus for its identification and utilization.
