摘　　要：目的建立测定杞菊地黄胶囊中丹皮酚的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Shim-pack VP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长274 nm,柱温35℃,进样量10μl。结果线性范围0.03～2.30μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率100.38%,RSD=1.89%(n=9)。结论所建方法分离度好、快速、简便,适用于杞菊地黄胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定,可作为产品的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeonol in Qiju Dihuang capsules. METHODS The Shim - pack VP - C18 column （4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm） was used, and mobile phase composed of methanol - water （60 ： 40）. Detection wavelength was at 274 nm, with the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 and column temperature of at 35℃. The injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS The linear range was 0. 03 - 2. 30 μg （ r = 0. 9998 ）. The average recovery was 100. 38% with the RSD of 1.89% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the dertermination of paeonol in Qiju Dihuang capsules.
