半夏茯苓胶囊防治顺铂诱发家鸽呕吐的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏茯苓胶囊(BFC)对顺铂诱发家鸽呕吐的防治作用,探讨BFC的止吐作用与5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)之间的关系。方法:家鸽静脉注射顺铂制备化疗呕吐模型,BFC水混悬液预防给药,观察BFC对家鸽呕吐的影响;同时采用荧光分光光度法检测家鸽血清、脑干和小肠组织中5-HT和DA的含量。结果:BFC预防给药可减少呕吐发作次数并降低呕吐发生率;同时降低家鸽脑干和小肠组织中5-HT和DA含量。结论:BFC可防治顺铂引起的家鸽呕吐,此作用可能与抑制小肠和脑干局部5-HT和DA的生成与释放有关。Objective： To investigate the antiemetic effect of preadministration of Banxia - Fuling Capsule （BFC） in pigeons, and explore the relation of antiemetic effect of BFC and 5 - HT and DA. Methods： The acute emesis of pigeon was induced by intravenously injecting cisplatin, the pigeons were pretreated with BFC three days. The emetic behaviours were observed. The serum, small intestine and brainstem of the pigeons were used for 5 - HT and DA determination by spectrofluorimetry after administered the cisplatin. Results： The number and incidence of the emesis were decreased by BFC, and the latency time was prolonged in pigeons ; The levels of 5 - HT and DA in brainstem and small intestine were decreased in pigeons, but serum DA showed no significantly alterations. Conclusion： BFC may inhibit emesis induced by cisplatin in pigeons ,the antiemetic effect of BFC may be decreasing the synthesize and release of 5 -HT and DA in brainstem and small intestine.
