摘　　要：目的:观察扶正抑瘤颗粒(FYK)对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的作用。方法:FYK灌服给予荷瘤小鼠(H22),观察生命延长率,检测红细胞天然免疫活性和红细胞膜CD35和CD44s数量。结果:FYK可使荷瘤小鼠生命延长率增加,红细胞天然免疫活性得到改善,CD35和CD44s数量增加。结论:FYK有一定的红细胞免疫调节作用。Objective： To study the erythrocyte immunoregulation effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granula on mice burdened transplanted tumor. Methods： Mice burdened transplanted tumor were given Fuzheng Yiliu Granula. Life prolongation rate was observed, erythrocyte immunologic function and the CD35 CD44s contents of red blood cell were evaluated. Results： Fuzheng Yiliu Granula could prolong mice＇s life expectancy, improve erythrocyte immunologic function, increase the CD35 and CD44s contents of red blood cell. Conclusion：Fuzheng Yiliu Granula have erythrocyte immunoregulation effects on mice burdened transplanted tumor.
