摘　　要：目的了解各级临床实验室开展HIV血清学筛查试验的情况。方法采用问卷调查方式对141家临床艾滋病检测筛查实验室进行调查,利用Excel表建立数据库并进行分析。结果141家实验室2006年度共检测样本303045份,筛查阳性样本2404份,确认阳性样本276份,筛查阳性检出率和确认符合率分别为0.09%和11.48%。送检样本最多的科室是外、内、急诊和妇儿科。多数实验室采用国产酶联免疫吸附试剂。多数实验室缺少生物安全防护设备。结论进一步加强对实验室的管理,提高检测质量。Objective To identify the status of HIV serological clinical screening laboratories at all levels in Hunan. Methods A total of 141 laboratories attended the questionnaire survey. The data were collected and analyzed with worksheets. Results Altogether 303,045 samples were tested in 141 laboratories, 2,404 samples （0.09%） were screening positive and 276 were confirmed positive. The consistent rates of the screening positive and the confirmed positive were 0.09% and 11.48% respectively. Most of the samples were from surgical, medical, emergency, gynecological and pediatric sections. ELISA assay was commonly used in these laboratories. Most laboratories lacked bio- safety equipment. Conclusion The laboratory＇s quality management should be improved and strengthened.
