摘　　要：目的通过对服务从业人员病毒性肝炎知识及防治的态度、行为的调查,为制定预防病毒性肝炎传播干预措施及开展有针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法应用自行设计的问卷调查表,进行病毒性肝炎知识、态度、行为调查问卷调查。结果大部分服务从业人员愿意接受相关知识宣教,但对病毒性肝炎的相关常识了解情况不够理想。结论对服务从业人员需要经常开展病毒性肝炎预防知识教育和宣传,同时建立科学有效的食品卫生监督体系。Objectives To provide the scientific basis for intervention and health education on viral hepatitis through the investigation of the knowledge - attitude- practice related to viral hepatitis and its prevention among the service industry staff. Method Questionnaires were designed to investigate the knowledge - attitude - practice related to viral hepatitis. Results Most of the service industry staff knew little about the knowledge related to viral hepatitis, and they would like to receive.the related health education. Conclusions It is necessary to establish scientific and effective surveillance system for food sanitation and carry out health education and promotion related to viral hepatitis prevention among the service industry staff.
