摘　　要：目的分析2005年衡阳市霍乱流行状况,了解霍乱流行规律。方法现场流行病学调查和霍乱内、外环境监测结果分析。结果农村地区聚餐及不良卫生习惯和市场甲鱼被霍乱弧菌污染是引起霍乱暴发的主要原因。结论加强疫情监测,有针对性采取控制措施,能有效控制霍乱疫情的发生。Objective To analyze the epidemic condition of cholera in Hengyang in 2005, and to know the general epidemiological background of cholera. Methods Field epidemiological survey was conducted, and the monitoring data of internal and external environment of cholera were collected and analyzed. Results Dining in the rural areas with unhealthy custom and the market turtles contaminated with Choleria vibrio were the main sources of cholera outbreak. Conclusions Enhancing the epidemic monitoring and targeted control measures can prevent and control the cholera outbreak
