摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部骨折患者的围手术期的处理。方法总结120例60岁以上老年髋部骨折术前、术中及术后的处理体会。结果除2例死亡外,其余患者均安全渡过围手术期,伤口甲级愈合。结论正确的围手术期处理是老年髋部骨折患者手术的安全保障。Objective To probe into the perioperative management to elder patients with hip fracture. Method We summarized the experiences of 120 elders 60 years or older with hip fracture pre - operation, operation and post - operation management. Results Most of them went through perioperation period safely and the wounds healed at the first grade, except 2 cases died from coexisted pathology. Conclusion Proper perioperative management is the safeguard keystone among the elders patients with hip fracture.
