摘　　要：目的对ADVIA2120白细胞分类结果进行评价。方法将ADVIA2120血液分析仪白细胞五项分类结果与手工分类结果进行比较和分析。根据血液分析仪的各种提示警告分为阴性组和阳性组。运用Excel2003对分类结果进行统计分析。结果在阴性组,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、单核细胞两种方法之间相关性非常显著(r>0.9),且无显著性差异(P>0.05);而阳性组中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞相关性好(r>0.9),无显著性差异(P>0.05),但嗜碱性粒细胞、单核细胞相关性差(r<0.55),有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在仪器有白细胞相关各类提示警告时,无论单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞是否在正常范围,应镜检为宜。Objective To evaluate the results of leukocyte classifying counts by ADVIA 2120. Methods The differential leukocyte counts by ADVIA 2120 Hematology Ananlyzer were compared with those of manual blood smears under microscopy. The samples were divided into negative group and positive group according to the warning of the analyzer. The classifying results were analyzed by software Excel 2003. Results It showed that the relativity of two methods for neutrophils, lymphocytes and eosinophils was remarkable （r 〉 0.9）, and there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） between them in both the negative and positive groups. There was significant difference in basophils and monocytes between both the two groups （P〈 0.01 ）, which were with weak relativity （r〈 0.55） in the positive group. Conclusion The results suggest that when the analyzer warns anything about monocytes and basophils, it is better to analyze them under microscopy.
