摘　　要：目的了解大学新生对性病/艾滋病知识的掌握程度,探讨高校开展性健康教育的可行性及有效性,利于改进教学方法,提高教学质量。方法对广东商学院1141名大学新生在性健康教育前后分别进行问卷调查,对所得的基线和终期调查结果进行统计分析。结果健康教育后,学生们获得预防性病/艾滋病知识的比例明显升高,回答正确率全面提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高校开展性病/艾滋病健康教育能收到良好的效果,值得推广和普及,但教学方法应不断提高。Objective To find out the situation of freshmen known about V. D/AIDS knowledge, and to discuss the possibility and effectiveness of carrying out health education in universities for improving the teaching methods and enhancing the teaching quality. Methods The V. D/AIDS KAB study was conducted by making a sampling survey and issuing questionnaires among 1,141 freshmen in Guangdong University of Business Studies. The survey data and the investigation results were statistically analyzed, Results After health education, students＇ knowledge towards protecting themselves from V. D/AIDS had improved, their correctness of the answers to the questionnaire were significantly increased, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The health education about V. D/AIDS should be spread among the universities, and the teaching methods should be improved continuously.
