摘　　要：采用POCl3通过两步法合成了一种磷酸酯类阻燃剂,讨论了影响合成工艺的主要因素如温度、时间和真空度等,确定了最佳的工艺条件,并将其应用于聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃,通过发泡实验表征了阻燃剂对聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃性能。实验表明,合成产物对聚氨酯泡沫有较好的阻燃效果。A new synthesis method for flame retardant from POCla was reported. The major influence factors of the synthesis craft, such as temperature, time and the vacuum degree, were studied and the best craft condition was confirmed. It also tested the performance of the flame retardant on polyurethane foam plastic. The result showed the flame retardant foam has good fire retar- dancy to the polyurethane.
