摘  要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)水平的变化机制及在CHD中的意义。方法将94例CHD患者分为急性心肌梗死(AMI)组(25例)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组(36例)和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(33例)三组,另设对照组(36例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)测定所有入选对象血清VEGF与HIF-1α水平。结果AMI、UAP两组VEGF和HIF-1α水平明显高于SAP、对照组(P<0·05);AMI组VEGF和HIF-1α水平明显高于UAP组(P<0·05);SAP组VEGF、HIF-1α水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论CHD患者心肌缺血越严重,血清VEGF与HIF-1α水平越高;VEGF的升高由HIF-1α所激活,两种因子在CHD发展过程中均有重要意义。Objective To investigate the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia - inducible factor -1α ( HIF-1α) in the patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD), and to discuss their mechanism and clinical significance. Methods 94 patients with CHD were divided into three groups: acute myocardial infarction (AMI)group (25 cases) , unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group (36 cases) and stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (33 cases). In addition, 36 healthy cases were chosen as control group. The serum level of VEGF and HIF-1α in all the cases were tested by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA). Results The levels of VEGF and HIF-1α in AMI and UAP groups were significantly higher than those in SAP and control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and VEGF and HIF-1α in AMI group were higher than those in UAP group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference in VEGF and HIF -1α between SAP and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The more severe CHD was, the higher level of serum VEGF and HIF-1α were. HIF -1α can activate VEGF, and both VEGF and HIF -1α play important role in the development of CHD.
