摘　　要：缺血后处理即指心肌缺血后,在长时间的再灌注之前进行的数次短暂缺血/再灌注的循环,以此来减轻再灌注损伤的现象,后处理对于心梗后心肌及内皮功能保护是一个简单易行、操作性强的操作程序,对于心梗后改善预后有广泛临床应用潜力。Ischemic postconditioning can attenuate the phenomenon of ischemia/reperfusion injury by the application of frequent and intermittent reperfusion/ischemia circulation at the onset of reperfusion following myocardial ischemia. Ischemic postconditioning is a simple, operative procedure for the protection of the coronary endothelial function and cardiomyocyte. It could be used widely in clinic and improve the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
