摘  要:介绍了俄罗斯MID-K电磁探伤成像测井仪的原理及特点。采用曲线对比法和交会法研究了仪器的重复性、一致性,结果表明其纵向探头的重复性、一致性好,横向探头的灵敏性高。通过对长庆油田2口井MID-K测井资料的分析以及与多臂成像仪MIT、磁法测厚仪MTT、磁测18臂组合测井资料的对比,指出MID-K电磁探伤成像测井仪的测量精度和灵敏度远高于MTT;它可以隔油管识别套管的腐蚀情况;还具备在单层套管中检查射孔孔眼的功能。Introduced are principle and characters of Russian MDI-K electromagnetic flaw detection imaging well logging apparatus. Studied are its repeatability and consistency by means of curves contradistinguishing and cross-plotting. The results indicate that the consistency and repeatability of its vertical probe and the sensitivity of its transverse probe are rather good. By case studies of 2 wells in Changqing oilfield, comparison of the MID-K logging data with data of the Multi-Finger Imaging Tool (MIT), Magnetic Thickness Tool (MTT) and 18-arm caliper combination shows that the sensitivity of MID-K is much higher thon that of the later; and MID-K is capable to detect corrosion of casing through-tubing, as well as to inspect perforation hole in single-casing too.
