摘 要:应用体外产气法模拟瘤胃发酵,通过测定24 h体外累计产气量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的降解率和细菌氮含量,研究添加不同水平异位酸对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响.试验采用单因子设计,异位酸的添加水平分别为0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%,每个水平4个重复.结果表明,与对照组相比,添加0.2%和0.4%水平的异位酸组能显著提高24 h累计产气量(P<0.05);NDF降解率显著提高(P<0.05),其中以0.2%水平的异位酸组NDF降解率最高(P<0.01);细菌氮含量差异极显著提高(P<0.01),其中以0.4%水平的异位酸组细菌氮含量最高(P<0.01).日粮中的异位酸的适宜添加水平为0.2%~0.4%.By simulating the in-vitro gas production and through detecting the in-vitro accumulative gas production ( GP ) , degradation rate of neutral detergent fiber ( NDF ) and content of bacteria nitrogen for 24 hours, and the effect of different levels of isoacids on fermentation in goat rumen was studied. A single factorial trial was designed for the experiment. Isoacids was added at levels of 0, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% respectively, and each level included 4 repetitions. The results indicated that compared with the control, the adding level of 0.2% and 0.4% isoacids could increase the GP significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the degradation of NDF was increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) , of which the degradation of NDF in the group of 0.2% isoacids was the highest ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the difference of bacteria nitrogen content was increased extremely significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) , of which the level of 0.4% isoacids increased the bacteria nitrogen mostly ( P 〈0.01 ). The ideal level of isoacids added to rations was 0.2% -0.4%.
