摘　　要：介绍了采用全卤制碱的工艺情况及运行中存在的问题。经过改进和完善,装置运行平稳,系统水基本处于平衡,废水接近零排放。The process of alkali production by whole bitten and the existing problem in operation were introduced. After innovation and perfection, the units were stable, and the water of the system was balance. The waste water was near zero-discharge.
