摘  要:目的研究一种快速鉴定鼠疫菌的PCR方法。方法选用针对鼠疫菌特异序列的6对引物进行PCR扩增,以其它近缘的肠道致病菌做对照,并测序比较鉴定。结果鼠疫菌均能扩出预期产物,而其他近缘的肠道致病菌菌株均不能扩出预期产物。结论这些引物具有较高的特异性,可迅速、有效地鉴定鼠疫菌,并与其它近缘的肠道致病菌相鉴别。To develop a rapid method for the identification of Yersinia pestis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), We select six pair of primers to amplify the special sequence of Yersinia pestis. Other relative enteric pathogenic bacteria DNA are amplified as control. The amplieons of Yersinia pestis DNA are the same with the antieipative products. We can not get target amplieons while amplifying other relative enteric pathogenic bacteria DNA. Sequence the PCR amplieons and compare them with other genomes by BLAST, we do not find any sequences which are the same with them. So this method is special and rapid and can identify Yersinia pestis. It is useful for identification of Yersinia pestis.
