贵州都匀、从江两地牛带绦虫感染家猪的比较研究  

A comparative investigation on the morphology of Taenia saginata cysticercus in domestic pigs from Duyun and Congjiang regions of Guizhou province

摘　　要：目的通过两地牛带绦虫感染家猪,了解贵州省都匀是否存在牛带绦虫亚洲亚种。方法对都匀、从江两地绦虫病患者进行驱虫,从孕节分离虫卵感染家猪,收集囊尾蚴并观察其特征。结果两地牛带绦虫均可在家猪体内发育为囊尾蚴,感染率分别为87.5%和62.5%。囊尾蚴回收率分别为0.266%和0.028%,囊尾蚴只分布在肝脏,并以肝实质为多见。都匀囊尾蚴比从江的稍大,其外壁有小的疣状物,头节可见伸缩的顶突和两圈逗点样结构,但无明显小钩。结论①家猪可作为两地牛带绦虫的中间宿主。②形态学研究显示都匀牛带绦虫是牛带绦虫亚洲亚种,而从江牛带绦虫是传统牛带绦虫。③贵州省都匀存在牛带绦虫亚洲亚种的局部流行病区。To determine whether the Asian subgroup of Taenia saginata asiatiea exists in Duyun region of Guizhou province, the adult worms of T. saginata were collected from infected patients in Duyun and Congjiang regions and domestic pigs were fed with eggs discharged from both proglottids of adult worms, and then the eystieerei were collected from the infected domestic pigs and their morphological characteristics were studied in more detail. It was found that T. saginata from both regions developed from eggs to eystieerei in domestic pigs and the infection rates in Duyun and Congjiang regions were 87.5% and 62. 5%, respectively, while the recovery rates of cystieereus in both regions were 0. 266% and 0. 028% respectively. All the cystieerei obtained in livers were mainly located in the parenehyma of liver, and the size of eystieerei found in Duyun region was somewhat larger than that of eystieerei found in Congjiang region. Moreover, the wart-like formation on the bladder surface and rostellum with two rows dot-like structure at the top of seolex could be observed. From the above observations, it suggests that domestic pigs can be served as the intermediate host for T. saginata in both regions and there exist an endemic area of T. saginata infection in Duyun region where T. saginata found in this region belong to be T. saginata asiatiea, while those found in Congjiang region belong the classical T. saginata.
