摘　　要：目的:考察消疣液的镇痛止痒、抗炎消肿的功效。方法:通过两种疼痛模型、两种炎症模型和一种致痒模型,对消疣液进行药效学实验研究。结果:消疣液能明显提高热板法致小鼠的痛阈,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数;明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳部的炎症肿胀;有效抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖的急性炎症;提高豚鼠对磷酸组织胺的致痒阈等。结论:消疣液具有镇痛、止痒、抗炎、消肿作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。Objective ：To observe the function of xiao-you liquid in relieving pain and itch, and also repercussive and anti-in- flammatory effects. Methods ： With two kinds of pain model, two kinds of inflammatory model and one itchy model, the treatments were carried experimentally with the liquid and stone therapeutic effect were studied as well. Results ：The agalgesic experiment showed that xiao-you liquid could prolong the spell of mice anti-heat, decrease the twisting reaction times caused by acetic acid. Xiao-you liquid could efficiently prevented ear＇s swelling of mice and the acute inflammation induced by carrageenan. The allergic pruritic tolerance in guinea pigs was increased. Conclusion ：The pain-relieving, itch-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects with the liquid had been verified, and the experimental bases for clinic application have been provided.
