注射用苦碟子对麻醉犬血流动力学影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究注射用苦碟子对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响。方法:麻醉犬静脉给予注射用苦碟子后,测定犬心脏血流动力学参数。结果:注射用苦碟子可显著降低麻醉犬平均动脉压(MBP)、心率(HR)、左室内压(LVP)、冠脉阻力(CVR),增加犬心输出量(CO)和冠脉血流量(CBF)。结论:注射用苦碟子可能在改善心肌收缩和舒张功能,增加心肌供血供氧等环节,发挥抗心肌缺血作用。Objective ：To study the effects oflxeris sonchifolia for Injection on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. Methods ; The hemedynmnics parameters were observed after the anesthetized dogs were treated with Ixeris sonchifolia for Injection. Results ： In the dogs treated with Ixerls sonchifolia for Injection, the mean arterial pressure （ MAP）, heart rate （ HR）, left ventricular prcssure（LVP） and coronary artery vascular resistance（CVR） were decreased significantly. The cardiac output（CO） and coronary artery blood flow（CBF） were also increased significantly. In addition ,the myocardial oxygen consumption andutilization rate of oxygen were decreased obviously in the anesthetized dogs. Conclusion ： Ixer sonchifolifoliafor Injection may have protective effects on the myocardial isehemia,including decreasing oxygen consumption and increasing the myocardial blood flow.
